How Email Notifications Work
Configure email recipients for each actor queue below. When alerts are routed to a queue (Security Ops, Engineering, Ops Planning, or Control Room), all configured recipients for that queue will automatically receive email notifications with alert details including severity, location, threat type, and recommended actions. Add or remove email addresses per queue to control who gets notified.
